Ash began tutoring in 2008 whilst studying English at University College London, having been raised and educated in Northern Ireland.

After several years working in management consulting then finance in the City, he returned to the creative industries as a private tutor, actor, writer and voiceover artist.

​

His experience encompasses one to one tuition, classroom teaching, educational assessments and consulting, exam and university preparation and mentoring.

Ash personally understands the importance of diversity, of access to resources and of ensuring every student is given the opportunity to discover their talents and passions in life. He was inspired to start an agency during the Covid-19 lockdown and brings 12 years of insight, experience and passion to the business.
