Which positions are currently open?

We are currently accepting applications for tutors across both academics and the arts, and coaches for corporate training.

How do I apply?

Please send a CV and cover letter to info@laatutorgroup.com, outlining any teaching, tutoring or coaching experience, along with a list of which role(s) and subjects or specialist areas you would like to be considered for. We will endeavour to send all applicants within six weeks .

Who do you typically hire?

Our selection process is rigorous, with the majority of our tutors and coaches holding first class degrees and master’s distinctions from top universities and art institutions, including Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial, Kings, Bath, Warwick, Edinburgh, RADA, LAMDA, Central School of Speech and Drama and the London College of Fashion. Moreover, an extremely high percentage of our successful applicants will have teaching and coaching experience.

What do you look for?

At LAA Tutor Group, we don’t believe there is one fixed or ‘correct’ mode of teaching: rather, since every student is different, the best educators are capable of adapting to the needs of each individual or group, tailoring their approach accordingly. We do expect our educators to be well-versed in the Socratic method and to be excellent communicators, engaging in their delivery whilst engaged in what the student is saying. Successful applicants will not only be resourceful and innovative, but will also be committed to providing what the client wants, seeing each project through to completion.
