Guiding people to their potential

Ash Rizi has been involved in mentoring schemes across academics, the arts and within the corporate world and has seen firsthand the benefits they bring.

Many of our tutors know what it's like to overcome barriers. They draw on this experience to support people through challenging situations. They know that everyone can succeed, given the chance and the encouragement.

In 2021, LAA will begin their mentoring initiative by helping one London student with educational support and career guidance.
